What is the composition?

In fabric content, we usually put most of the content in the front. So for TR fabrics, the usual composition is 65% polyester 35% rayon or 80% polyester 20% rayon. And 65% polyester 33% rayon 2% spandex for TR with stretch, but it can be highly customized in terms of required composition, weight, finish and feel. Our R&D team will recommend the best construction for you based on your requirements or your original cut.

TR fabric and TC fabric

1. TC viscose is long fiber, TR cotton is short fiber, just unwind the warp and weft yarn, you can see whether the yarn fiber is long or short.
2. luster. tc cotton fiber natural curl, luster dull. tr looks brighter than tc. 3.
3. fabric pilling. tr is seldom raised and the drape of both is different. tr is more drapey. It depends on whether the twist-free yarn is filament or staple fiber. Filament is TR.
4. Identify in water. The stiffer one is TR fabric, because viscose has higher wet mold strength.
6. feel. TR will feel softer and the surface will be fluffy, while TC cotton has shorter fibers than rayon, so the cotton feels natural.
7. Different uses. Common TC fabrics such as: denim, shirt cloth, TR cloth generally has a better drape, often used as men's and women's suits.
