Hi so my question is we have Three wiring coming from the telephone interface device box to the modem we currently have a dead spots in one of the rooms for the Wi-Fi, and neither an extender would work and we were told that we need to do a re-wire by the AT&T technician. Well I hardwired a 2nd router from The AT&T modem to the dead spot in the house as well as lead wire for cat 5E replace the Three. The Internet works better in a dead zone however still spotty I am now going to do the upgrade of the cat three to the cat 5E however I am unsure where all for twisted pairs of the cat 5E go. If anybody can help would be greatly appreciated thank you as the AT&T technical assistance would not help to answer my question as my The AT&T modem to the dead spot in the house as well as lead wire for cat 5E replace the Three. Thank you
