Works Great for the price

Purchased it to check all the modules on a Hybrid Lincoln, I was able to check the high voltage battery voltage and sensors . Also was able to figure out what was causing the parking sensor alarm. Best scanner I ever used.

I needed to reprogram the car TPMS System twice a year when changing between my Winter and Summer wheels. The TPMS sensors are OEM so the tire shops attempts were unsuccessful. The Dealership wanted $160.00 each changeover to reprogram the car TPMS System. This equipment will save me thousands of dollars.

I have several Volvo cars. While this canner is capable of maintenance functions on many makes, it is limited on Volvos. I suspect all of the common makes such as Ford, GM, and Chrysler are probably covered pretty well for maintenance functions, but not so much for others. My suggection is to contact Foxwell if you are looking for a specific function on a particular car before purchasing a scanner. The diagnostic features with this scanner are fine as it appears to read all of the modules, even on my Volvos. It gives you a basic DTC description. You can check DTC repairs via the internet if you have Wifi available. It has auto VIN detection. The screen is plenty large. It has a stand on the back to set it up on a flat surface. It has non-slip rubber "handles" on the sides. The hard case is nice to keep it in good condition between uses. The bluetooth dongle feature is nice compared to the limitations of a diagnostic cable. It allows you to use the scanner outside the car and under the hood. Battery life seems to be okay for most diagnostic sessions. I apparently had a defective battery in my first unit, but Foxwell Support worked with me and stood behind their product with a new replacement under warranty. With that said, I have no complaints with their technical support. I have not used the TPMS function yet, so I can't comment on that, but the NT809TS comes with a set of 4 Foxwell TPMS sensors which makes this an even better value. Overall, I think that this scanner is a bargain for the price. You can easily pay much more and get much less capability. But keep in mind, this is not a "high end", fully functional, do-everything for all makes scanner. Those are thousands of dollars, such as Snap On. Personally, I can't justify thousands of dollars for a scanner that I use to dignose and maintain my personal vehicles with. But this scanner fits the bill.

I ordered a new unit direct from the manufacturer but got a used one. It was shipped in an old Amazon box and still had remnants of the previous user in the configuration.

Excelente producto, es muy fácil de usar y funciona perfectamente. la compra se realizó sin ningún problema y llegó en la fecha prometida.

I have been very happy with my purchase and the easy of use of the NT809TS. The main reason for getting it was to reset my oil servicing/maintenance inspection. Works great and have also used it to help a few friends with their resets.

The scanner won't unlock. The foxwell rep tried to unlock it and so far hasn't been able to. Tech support stopped replying to my emails also.

It does not perform the TPMS functions as offered, it does not recognize many sensors, I truly feel that it is not worth the money I paid for the scanner

for the money you’d expect this scan tool to be some beginner tool. FAR FAR from the truth. this scan tool honestly compares to the shops $6000 autel. the tpms function has saved my life with reprogramming toyota sensors. if anyone knows what i’m talking about toyota tpms sensors are a pain sometimes. the diag tool scans all modules and really allows for some good troubleshooting. if your connected to wifi the scan tool allows for internet searches of dtc and further diag procedures. i’m only a month into this tool so i’m sure there is still plenty to discover. apsolutly would recommend. pro level

Very impressed with this scanner. It does a lot more than I actually expected!

This tool preforms great. No issues with it. It updates fast and works as expected right out of the box. Would recommend it as any level of experience can use this tool.

So great I have a N716 before that I like very much. But Foxwell NT809TS is a big upgrade for me. Love the TPMS programing and bluetooth dongle, so no wires . The only thing I miss from my N716 is the free upgrade of software all time instead of 3 years

Bought this to help with diagnostics of a car I was working on made the whole process of getting sensors and codes cleared and working again properly. I have used it so far on Chevy’s and Mercury’s and Audi hasn’t failed me yet!

Works great easy to navigate.

Great tool! Does 90% of everything I need this tool for. A couple things that would make it 100% for me would be, being able to run diagnostics on motorcycles such as Harley Davidson, Indian, Polaris, CanAm ect... also, it would be a great option if this tool could recalibrate speedometer on all vehicles listed including motorcycles.

This too oh so nice, I’m able to do a transmission diagnosis on my jeep and also I can fix all of the TPMS sensors. What a great idea incorporating the TPMS with the diagnostic tool. Awesome! Plus what a deal. It came with four sensors. Thank you Foxwell.

Works fine on most vehicles we have tried it on. Scans, identifies fault codes and prints reports. I'm sure we haven't tested all of the possibilities yet. One problem we have found is on a 2016 MBZ ML500. The scanner won't complete a quick scan - it locks up at about 90%. I'm no computer tech but I'm guessing a shortage of memory. The Foxwell sales and support staff have been very accommodating at trying to resolve this issue.

Trabaja muy bien gracias

As of now I've haven't used it that much to give any real input, but twice so far it did its job and put me on the path of victory with fixing those cars, but I will say it's simple and straightforward, it helps you with fixing and finding the problem with whatever you are trying to do.

Appears to work great. It appears this model is for advanced users. I'm new to scan tools and have a little difficulty navigating the different options. Better documentation and explanations would help. Overall, I feel it's a great scanner and a great price.

Al M.

It allows me to know what is going on with my vehicle prior to taking it to the mechanic. With that knowledge all my concerns can be addressed alongside the mechanics' expertise.

Jeremy M.

Works as described. Takes updates well and provides the extra level of troubleshooting that basic scanners can't perform. Very helpful in troubleshooting recent ABS problem.

Craig K.

Have worked on vehicles for over 30 years, this tool has all the interaction and diagnostic capabilities as a snap on scan tool. Would recommend this scan tool for the beginner to advanced tech today working on all models and makes of vehicles.

I had a code reader that was good for it's time, but I wanted something more... After poking around a bit and having a couple questions answered by Foxwell sales (via email), I pulled the trigger and bought the NT809TS. I unboxed the unit, started reading the quick start guide and the user manual. I connected it to my laptop via the USB cable to get it charged up. Following the instructions in the quick start guide I completed the registration process. Following the instructions in the User Guide I ran the Automatic Update on the scanner (there were no vehicle communication interface (VCI) Firmware Updates being called for at that time, after a couple days I did see a firmware update available and so I updated that as well) I connected the scanner to the vehicle (2016 Maserati Ghibli Q4) I followed along in the User Guide to become familiar with the scanner. I was able to use the Vehicle Identification section to gather the VIN information. I moved on to the Diagnostic section and ran a Quick Scan. I saw quite a few failure codes, some I expected, some I did not. One of the reasons I wanted a diagnostic scanner was to simultaneously check wheel speed on all 4 wheels, which worked quite well...!!! I have a lot to learn, and I can't wait to get going on more of my projects...!!!
