 Electroplating:

Is the use of electrolysis to make the surface of the metal attached to a layer of metal film process so as to play a role in preventing corrosion, improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflectivity and enhance the role of aesthetic and other technologies.

Process flow:

Pre-treatment → cyanide-free alkaline copper → cyanide-free white copper tin → chrome plating

Technical Characteristics:

Advantages:

1, high gloss plating, high quality metal appearance;

2, the base material is SUS, Al, Zn, Mg, etc.; the cost is relatively low compared to PVD.

Disadvantages:

Poor environmental protection, higher risk of environmental pollution.
