After returning to the origin, manually drive to the front without clamping any tubes until the Y axis stops moving!
1. Determine the total travel of the Y axis: After returning to the origin, manually drive to the front without clamping any tubes until the Y axis stops moving! Check the Y axis coordinate in the lower left corner of the software! Generally, the factory is 6800.
2. Close the soft limit: open the rear clamp backwards, manually clamp a piece of tail material, open the front chuck, adjust the Y-axis speed to 10 and move forward manually until the rear chuck extends into the front clamp. At this time, do not close the front clamp. See the vertical position of the cutting nozzle in front, remember the Y-axis coordinate in the lower left corner (for example, it is 6980.008. At this time, it must be ensured that the cutting head can cut the remaining material and the cutting head does not interfere with the workpiece when it rotates. Be sure to pay attention! Use 6980.008-6800=180.008) Remember this number 180, we must round it to less than 180 (for example, 170).
3. PLC process editing! Click the (PLC process) icon in the middle of the software interface, and the password input interface will appear. Enter the password and enter. At the bottom, there is a custom process to open. On the left are programs 1 to 75. You can choose any one (for example, 5) and select it to change color. In the rightmost display box, select Chuck and click to open. Click and hold the submenu MidChuck Undamp (Mid Chuck Forced Open) to the middle display box to complete. Click Save in the upper left and upper right corners to close, and click Save again! Exit the cutting software.
4. Backstage configuration entry and settings: 1) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Friendess\TubePro on the WIN desktop, find the gear CypConfig application, double-click and enter the password to enter, 2. After entering, there is a Pause-PLC-Resume option in the function bar in the lower right corner, click to enter and edit (according to the actual data calculated in step 2), and then click Save in the upper left corner.
3) There is a Chuck option at the top center of the interface. Click it and there are two function options! Click Chuck Function and follow the settings in the table below. After setting, click Save in the upper left corner.
4) Close the background, enter the cutting software, if there is the following option and the green light is on, it proves that we have completed the settings!
NOTE: It should be noted that in addition to the above settings, all the numbers in the background configuration cannot be changed, otherwise the machine will not operate normally and cause personal safety! The background cannot be logged in at will! Remember!
