Azovstal Iron and Steel Works, or Azovstal Metallurgical Combine（Mеталургійний Kомбінат Азовсталь）was a metallurgical facility located in Mariupol in eastern Ukraine, and one of the largest steel rolling companies of Europe.

Azovstal incorporates Coke-Oven and By-Products Plant, Blast Furnace Shop, Basic Oxygen Furnace Shop, Rolling Complex including Blooming Mill, Plate Mill, Rail and Structural Mill, Heavy Section Mill and Rail Fasteners Shop.

Production facilities of the enterprise allow producing 5.7 million tons of iron per year, 6.2 million tons of steel and 4.7 million tons of finished rolled products per year.

Main products: bars and shapes, rails and steel billets and so on.

Based on the above product characteristics, both our hot cut circular saw blade and carbide tips saw blade can be applied in the production process of steel mills.

For example, in the cutting of steel billets and profiles, after the steel billets and profiles are formed, the temperature in the red hot state is above 750 degrees. With appropriate cooling water pressure, the speed and feed rate of the saw machine, the hot cut circular saw blade can complete the section cutting very well, and the cutting surface is smooth and free of burrs.

Carbide tip saw blade can be applied to the cutting of steel rails, with smooth cutting and smooth cross-sections.
