Production process



The 1st step: Feeding&convey



The forklift put the raw material into the hopper ,and then from the hopper to the belt conveyor ,then from this belt conveyor to here, also here another belt conveyor .this conveyor is sued to put the raw material into next step.


The 2nd step: Pre-Drying

From the belt conveyor come into the hammer dryer ,(later i will show you the pictures)as you see for the chemical gypsum ,the two point is very important ,the surface water and the crystal water .so in the hammer dryer is used to take the surface water out , in the hammer dryer the temperature is very high around 400-500 degree ,and why have this step ? some factory don't have this step ,this step can make the gypsum liquidity. And then to the next step to the boiling furnace ,it can easy to calcinate ,so we have this step .
 

The 3rd step: Bad dust collector


The bag dust collector, the main function is r

ecycle gypsum powder to reduce cost.

The 4th step: Calcination

 

The powder come into the boiling furnace (calcination ) to remove crystal water and remaining surface water.

For our boiling furnace, the special is , all the parts inside ,we divide to 4 chamber. The first chamber we will provide very high temperature ,and this very high temperature is used to dry the left surface water and crystal water.


The second ,third ,fourth chamber use lower temperature to provide heat to remove there main crystal water. We use this method to keep the quality of the gypsum. So both part are very important and the gypsum quality depend on this two parts :Hammer dryer and boiling furnace. This part is called the calcining system.

 

 

About the heat source: the coal-fired boiler or the natural gas burner provides heat. A part of the heat is supplied to the hammer dryer to remove the surface water, and part of the heat enters the boiling furnace to remove the remaining surface water and crystal water. At the same time, the remaining heat of the boiling furnace is recovered to the hammer Dryer . (the temperature of cooked powder is controlled at 80-100 degrees).So the heat usage is very high , more energy save ,other factory can not reach this temperature .

The 5th step: Ball mill

This part is ball mill, because the chemical powder has quality problem, through modification mill, it can change the characteristic of chemical gypsum powder, make it similar to natural gypsum.

 

The 6th step: Storage

 

After milling, the gypsum powder will come into the silo by elevator. For this part, if you want to produce plaster of Paris, there will be some connection parts to plaster plant.

problem of high temperature of the gypsum powder cause the Raymond mill bearing lubricating oil melt and the bad bearing, which is conducive to Raymond Mill for a long time running, Raymond machine structure is simple, low maintenance costs, the operation and maintenance personnel requirements are not high.

The high-temperature flue gas section firstly heats the gypsum powder at intervals to prevent the gypsum powder from generating too much anhydrous gypsum powder in the high-temperature flue gas. This process is indirect heating.



 


The cooled high-temperature flue gas is directly heated with gypsum powder to make full use of heat energy , the temperature of the exhaust gas is low.  This process is direct heating.



This solution reduces the excessive anhydrous gypsum produced by the disadvantage of direct calcination.



 

The S-type inside the rotary kiln increases the heat transfer area, and it also helps the gypsum powder calcination uniformity better.
