Acidic or alkaline waste gas is treated by chemical adsorption. In the process of acidic waste gas treatment, the PH value of the spray liquid in the circulating water tank of the spray tower decreases constantly, which seriously affects the absorption of acid mist waste gas, and the low PH value makes the acid mist waste gas escape into the atmosphere, polluting the environment and discharging not up to the standard.

 

In order to ensure that the spray tower circulating liquid to maintain the corresponding alkalinity (PH value of “9.00”), the acid mist tower PH automatic dosing system to meet the requirements of acid mist waste gas treatment, to achieve unattended automatic dosing, convenient for enterprises to save labor costs at the same time, to meet the requirements of environmental protection emissions.

 

When the PH value is lower than 9.00, high-precision PH sensor, immediately send a signal to the instrument, the instrument immediately control the start of the dosing pump power;

 

When PH is higher than 9.50, the meter cuts off the power supply of dosing pump. When PH is higher than 9.50, the instrument cuts off the power supply of dosing pump.
